Terms and Conditions of the Golden Warranty for Roadstone Tires

The Golden Warranty offered by Arabian Tires Trading Company for Roadstone (Korea) tires is provided exclusively to the end consumer and does not apply to wholesalers, rental companies, or commercial-use vehicles (including public transport or transport companies). The warranty is subject to specific terms, conditions, and qualifying factors.

Registration Requirement

Registration must be completed through the link available at the service centers or exclusively via our authorized distributors in order to benefit from the two-year Golden and Extended Warranty. Claims will not be accepted without proper registration or in cases of delayed registration. Registration is strictly required at the time of tire installation.

Eligibility Conditions

• 1. Tires must be manufactured and sold in 2025 or later.
• 2. Tires must be sold after the official launch date of the Golden Warranty program, not before.
• 3. Tires must have valid barcode numbers.
• 4. Warranty claims must be submitted through an authorized distributor or the official agent, with submission of the original purchase invoice.

Note: Failure to photograph and record all required data for each tire will result in automatic rejection of the warranty claim.

Replacement Tire Claims

• 1. When submitting a claim, the end consumer must present the original purchase invoice clearly showing consumer details and purchase date.
• 2. All tires and required data must be photographed and submitted, and the claim must be coordinated with the Warranty Department for compensation approval.
• 3. Warranty coverage for tire quality is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase only.
• 4. Road hazard coverage is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase only.
• 5. The Golden Warranty may be used once only within the 180-day period. No claims will be accepted if this period has been exceeded.
• 6. The manufacturer's warranty remains valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, subject to registration only.
• 7. Operational costs (including installation, balancing, and shipping) are not covered under the warranty.

Eligible Tires

The Golden Warranty applies to tires sold on or after 01/01/2026.
